Step by Step

Add blended scotch, lemon juice, and honey-ginger syrup into a shaker with ice. Shake vigorously until well-chilled. Strain into a rocks glass over one large ice cube. Gently float the Islay single malt scotch over the back of a bar spoon on top of the drink. Garnish with candied ginger. Serve immediately.
