Step by Step

Combine gin, Campari and sweet vermouth in a mixing glass with ice. Stir for 25–30 seconds until well chilled. Strain over a large ice cube in a rocks glass. Express the oils from an orange peel over the surface of the drink and drop it in as garnish.
