Step by Step
Combine gin, fresh lemon juice, raspberry syrup and egg white in a shaker. Dry shake vigorously without ice for 15 seconds to emulsify the egg white. Add ice and shake again until well chilled. Fine-strain into a chilled coupe glass. Garnish with a fresh raspberry.
